Sunbeam S7 Deluxe Motorcycle (1951) for Restoration
1951 Sunbeam S7 Deluxe for full restoration. For sale as I just can’t see me getting round to doing this with too many other projects to do.
Needs a lot of work but a good winter project as its pretty complete, I’m sure only the only parts missing are: Speedo, Silencer and Wiring Loom. All bodywork parts are metal, no fibreglass.
I have purchased a lot of new parts, a complete new seat including spring, full set of oil seals and full set of rubber mounts (still sealed in packaging).
Gearbox is complete with no visible damage to cogs including kick start. Engine complete, some minor damage to the fins which I believe is fairly common.
Also included are some books including Workshop Manual and an original Manual (with front cover missing).
No paperwork other than invoices for parts purchased since I bought it.
Bike is loosely put together for the pictures so can be easily broken down for transport and it will go in the back of a reasonable size estate car.
I have some spares I have picked up along the way including a spare block, cylinder head, rocker cover, 2 other Gearboxes and final drive etc… which I will include at the buy it now price otherwise I’ll be advertising after the sale.
