Up for grabs is my Yamaha TY 175 1980 with an original Sammy Miller seat/tank combo. I’ve tried to show as much detail as possible in the pictures.
The bike is in really nice condition for its age but not concourse due to the nature of its usage. Carb, jets etc have been cleaned thoroughly. The seat/tank, which was always susceptible to delaminating, has been properly sealed and tested…POR15 was used. It’s the best stuff out there for this kind of thing in my opinion and has worked 100%. Supplied with two sets of rear springs…adult and youth
It kicks easily and starts first time from cold with a bit of choke (thanks to the carb clean)
When purchasing bikes I would always recommend coming to have a look despite the best efforts to describe everything associated with it but it’s an honest bike that would benefit from a light restoration but nothing excessive.
