numbers match, but engine number doesn’t look original,

Electrics need attention, indicators don’t work, couple of bulbs here and there.
Front mudguard chrome has pitting,
Scratches/pitting on exhausts,
Front right downpipe has been repaired, has a patch welded on,
Pitting to chrome on rear mudguard,
No battery,
Tyres are old and a bit tired,
Frame has a few rusty spots,
Non original headlight brackets,
could easily be used as it is, (with a few faults fixed), or restored,
