Bought to use on the rear of my motorhome but never actually used so it got placed in the shed and left

I have got the bike out of the shed and struggling to get it started so it will need a good service I do have videos of the bike running before it went away also the handle bars are loose i tried tightening them up but they have come loose again easy fix for someone
