Ossa Mar 250cc Trials. Restored.
I bought this bike from a chap who’s dad used to trial the bike regularly and it was obviously a well used and well loved machine. But it needed some love to get it back to a condition where if could be used.
So it’s had a tasteful restoration to a point where it could be used as a classic trials bike or with some very minor work be a classic bike for shows and weekend trundles.
Blasted and powder coated frame, handle bars, swingarm, pegs, and brackets,
New grips.
Resprayed tank and side panels and new stainless bolts.
Bores deglazed with new rings.
New headstock bearings.
Engine oil and new crankcase and head gaskets.
New front and rear inner tubes
New throttle cable
Restored seat base
New OSSA seat cover, padding, professionally fitted.
Wheels are straight with no marks.
New stator / generator wiring.
New in-line fuel filter.
