2003 Suzuki RM
This 2003 Suzuki RM125 has undergone a complete restoration with less than one mile on the restoration and engine. Highlights of the restoration include:
- Frame stripped and powder coated gun metal grey
- Brand new front and rear Excel rims and Excel stainless steel spokes with new Bridgestone Battlecross X30 tires
- Full engine rebuild with new bearings and seals – Wiseco piston (four heat cycles on engine) with powder coated clutch and ignition covers
- OEM pipe and silencer
- Full carb rebuild jetted to MXA recommendation (440 main, 37.5 pilot, stock needle – 2nd clip) New oem drain hoses
- Front suspension serviced with new seals – rear shock complete rebuild and recharge
- All chassis bearings and seals replaced including shock, linkage, wheels, steering stem and swingarm
- New Renthal front (12 tooth) and rear sprockets (50 tooth) and new D.I.D. chain with new Acerbis chain slider
- New RC High Renthal handlebars
- New aluminum radiators
- All new plastic and fork guards with 2005 RM125 graphics
- New seat foam and custom seat cover
- New air filter
- Brakes serviced and bled with new brake pads
A couple flaws to note are nicks and fading on the back side of the upper fork tubes (see photos at the end without fork tube stickers). Also a few nicks in the swingarm as shown. Auction includes original owners service manual.
Bike comes with clean bill of sale only, no title.
