For sale my Kawasaki gpz500s 1998 in colour black with green Kawasaki decals , have spent the last 3 months restoring the gpz which has been a challenge as I usually go for late 70s early 80s bikes like the Honda Superdream ect . The man hours and money spent have been overwhelming but looking at it now you would never know it was restored so here goes, new parts , front and rear new tyres ( Dunlop) , new battery , new front brake caliper and pads also rear done as well , front down exhaust pipes and rear original silencers ( not new but in good order ), new head gasket , oil and filter done , new front indicators and dual horns also new rear shocker and good replacement front forks as you can see it all adds up money wise . Only UK bidders only and take note I live in the North of Scotland so you would need a van to pick up the bike as it is NOT LEGAL to drive as it has no M.O.T or ROAD TAX but just to clarify the GPZ500S does start engine runs good and idles good as you can see in the photos also Temperature Gauge is normal , details of the bike are on DVLA but it has been off the road for awhile as you will see , lastly waiting for V5 so hopefully will be here soon as I paid £25 to get it . Sensible enquiries please get in touch and I will answer to the best of my knowledge also please remember the bike is 28 years old so it is not new but has a few battle scars considerate with age , just to confirm V5 is on it’s way to me also mileage on gpz500s is 16000 miles which is low but sounds right as engine is very quiet and new gold drive chain and rear sprocket spark plugs new as well .
