I brought this bike back in 2018 moving up from a CBR 600.
Beautiful bike to ride with tonnes of toque. massively enjoyed this bike . bike is compleatly standard except for the Manual Cam chain tentioners
Recepts for Cam chain replacements, all Cam chain guides and valve service at 38k in 2018
had a oil and filter change last summer. tires are nearly new in tread depth.
had a retifier fail on me this has been repalced with a OEM Honda Replacement. Electrical system has been tested and is okay, fitted a Voltage meter on the dash
overall this has been a solid and fun bike, nothing i have been on feels anything like a storm.
no knock bangs or rattles from this apart form the normal VTWIN sound. a very tidy 1998 example
2 small chips on the tank. a touch up of paint on the front fairing. and a bit of aluminum oxidisation on the swingarm.
could do with a good detail and clean to get it to perfect.
MOT expires begining of FEB but i will take it for a new one ASAP so will be sold with 12 months.
I wouldnt be surpised if these are a Future Classic!
