SUZUKI GSX1100 EFE, no mot, 1987 under 32000 miles, it has been in a garden shed for about 6 years with a tarp over it, weeds have grown through the bottom of the shed and through the wheels and frame, the bike has weathered you see it now as I pulled it out, I have no intention of riding it again, I would look for something a bit lighter, bad points brakes binding, the engine and frame paint will want powder coat ect…, the paint on bodywork is good with some age related marks the sides of the upper fairing has obvious scuffs that have been sprayed over, I don’t think a respray of the body work would be necessary but it would look nice, the bike rides straight and true, I went to ride it one morning and it wouldn’t fire up, plugs and coils were good I bought the dyno igniter system for it but didn’t get round to fitting it [included in sale see pics] the clutch was also slipping at this point, the engine was running sweet with no smoke when started, all other body work is present see pics one of the middle fairing panels has lugs missing, indicators sagging, engine turns over when pushed in gear, I did drain the carbs before putting her to bed, the exhaust is a 4 into 2 complete stainless system, finding one of these in standard trim is rare and this would suit renovation over customizing given it is 99% complete and original, a tidy GSX1100EFE is around £6000, which makes this a bargain, much cheaper than sourcing the original parts to rebuild a streetfighter back to this trim. I request a non refundable deposit of £100 which will secure for 2 weeks, advertised else where listing may be removed without notice. the fuel tank underside has some a little surface rust which and where the panels and seat meet the tank there is a few paint chips with minor rust, the top side has some minor scratches the worst being nearest the head stock from keys in the ignition, opening the fuel cap the inside of the tank looks very good and rust free no dents.
