1983 Honda CB900 Bol D’or F2 Classic Bike VGC. MUST SELL!
This is my 1983 Honda CB900 Bol D’or F2 for sale. I acquired the vehicle in December 2021 and have owned/ridden it ever since. I decided to rebuild the bike a couple of years ago as things started to play up such as the speedo and tach decided to die while on tour in France. The chain and sprockets needed replacing and various other little niggles were starting to appear. So the bike has been stripped back to basics the frame powder coated black and the body work completely resprayed. I have sourced all the original parts from around the world to keep it as it should be. Additions for touring comfort have been Ultimate Addons heated grips, USB port, Sat Nav power cable and Optimate charging lead just to bring it up to date for touring.
The Ram Sat Nav holder is not part of the sale and will be removed. The sale includes all of the Hepco and Becker Top Case and Panniers which have been restored, colour matched and fitted with Honda age related wings gel stickers all custom made. The indicators were aftermarket and did not fit properly so they are now all correct as are the shock absorbers. The wing mirrors are also correct and the rubber sleeves are sound and not cracked like most, very hard to find.
The Speedometer and Tachometer have been rebuilt, the seat has been completely reupholstered with the correct seat pattern and is immaculate. Helmet holder also attached looks good but pretty useless.Tyres were replaced and are in very good condition with plenty of mileage left on them. This is superb tourer as it has the internal storage pockets as well. Really comfortable to ride but haven’t been able to get out on it much hence the low mileage since the rebuild. Could do with a new home as these motorcycles are getting a tad heavy for me. I’m sure there’s more I haven’t listed. If you want a running classic maybe this is for you, thanks for looking.
