Suzuki DR400S 1982 Enduro Twin Shock
Suzuki DR 400S 1982 Rare and sought after Twin Shock Enduro bike. Tax and MOT exempt. Recent very thorough restoration but sympathetic.
Many new bearings fitted or cleaned and greased if within tolerance. Carburettor stripped and ultrasonically cleaned (including all jets, tubes idle adjusters etc) degreased and coated in ACF50.
Forks rebuilt, oiled and sealed with fork lowers blasted and Cerakoted. New front brake cable. New Brake shoes front and rear. New seat cover. New exhaust the originals are almost impossible to find now, this one was imported from Italy. Loads of life left on both tyres.
Frame and many parts ie swingarm, rear brake support bar, brake hubs, kick start lever foot peg hangers etc etc all blasted and Cerakoted. This in its own is a massive undertaking and has protected the frame etc for many years to come and is not a cheap powder coat or paint job.
The bike starts easily through the use of the decompression lever. These bikes are rare. Local delivery possible
