For Sale 1981 Kawasaki CSR KZ650. Imported from the USA -so some slight differences to the UK KZ650 specs. Pumper style Mikuni carbs and electronic ignition (not points). Also electric start. Now registered as a Historic Vehicle so Tax exempt.
The clocks were changed by a previous owner, but it was quoted as 14,000 when I bought it in 2012. I’ve done very little mileage since then – occasional Sunday trips to the Ponderosa ! It’s a bit too big for me now, so not ridden for the last two years (but started ok last week – see attached video).
Apart from the clocks – it’s mostly original. New oil & filter & brake fluid. New battery. Starts well. Carbs cleaned thoroughly, but not professionally balanced. I have priced it to sell @ £1250 o.n.o. I am in Prestatyn, North Wales UK.
Test ride is ok with proof of insurance & cash in hand.
