1975 Suzuki T500 two stroke icon in excellent and almost totally standard condition.
In 2025 the crankshaft was jig built by Grampian Motors with new connection rods, crank pins, big and small end bearings and crankshaft seals.
All other gaskets and garter seals were renewed as was the kick start piston, spring and pawl.
The first of four oversize piston rings were renewed.
Copper grease has been applied to all bolt shanks.
Standard airbox and filter retained.
The tank has sustained some minor damage, the mileometer does not record and there is slight perishing to the front tyre.
Tax and MOT exempt and requiring minimal routine maintenance, the bike is now run in, starts easily, is operational and ready to ride.
Two keys, some spares, notably two silencers, tow carburettors, two manuals and a cover.
