1971 Harley-Davidson Touring

Up for auction today I have my latest restored 71 HARLEY FLH. This one is a very rare copy of the FLH bike that ELVIS had in 1971. I was told it is on display at GRACELAND and seen in the picture I have posted with him riding it. I have heard that one like this sold at auction for $40,000.00. This bike is done completely in Burch White with the same black decals with the AMF on the tanks. I tried to make it a perfect copy of the original seen in the picture.

The vin number is 2A15146H1 with matching frame numbers, motor numbers, and title numbers. It has matching belly numbers 171-4132. Rear and front heads both dated 5-70. The original milage on the bike before restoration was 18,453 miles. There are 0 miles since restoration.

The motor and trans have both been completely gone through with new 10 over pistons and rings, ground and lapped valves, original rebuilt Bendix carb. All new gaskets, seals, and all parts showing ware replaced.

The rocker covers, primary cover, cam cover, transmission side cover, cover, front brake plate, fork lower legs, and headlight cowling have all been buffed. Frame, swing arm, oil tank, battery carrier, and most other black parts have been powder coated gloss black.

The tanks, fenders, saddlebags, and bag lids have all been painted BURCH WHITE to match the original. The tanks have been sealed with RED COAT TANK SEALER.

Other original parts include exhaust pipes with shields, mufflers, re-chromed handlebars, shock covers, rear crash bars, front and rear bumpers. New replica parts include front crash bar, bag guards, National Cycle Windshield, foot boards, rear pegs, grips, shift and brake pedals, new battery and battery cover, rims, stainless spokes, tires, Ign. switch, fork tubs and seals, master cylinder, and many more parts.

I have a clear title in my name with keys for the ignition and saddlebags. Everything on this bike has been checked and is ready to go. All wiring checked, carb set to factory settings, timing set. the bike does not have any oil or gas installed. It has never been started. It is ready to start if you want to ride it just add gas and oil and start it. Then make any final carb adjustments and go. If you want this for your museum or private collection it is ready as it is.

If you have any questions, please ask and I will do my best to get you a speedy answer. I will accept cash in person, bank transfer, or cashier’s check (must clear before pick-up)
