Classic Lambretta Li125 1965
For the 1st and last time on Ebay, here is my UK registered Lambretta li125 ser 3 1965. She was imported from Italy last year as a barn find. Owned by a farmer and ridden by his wife for around 23 yrs then tucked away in the barn for 34yrs before the importer found her. She had been over painted by hand in tractor green enamel. I bought her at auction and have stripped her down to the last nut and bolt, checked everything, cleaned everything and put her back together as was without replacing anything that was in good order.All nuts and bolts/screws replaced in s/s. She’s had new panel rubbers, cables, bulbs and wiring loom. That’s all. I’ve sympathetically taken her back to shiny metal and primer/undercoated her with 3 top coats and 3 lacquer coats all to preserve her condition. I’ve left all the dinks and dents as they were and she starts and runs fine. A perfect project for someone wanting to fully restore to as new condition. 100% original bike. No time waster’s please. All original cable’s, bulbs speedo and odd bits come with the bike. DVLA REGISTERED AND INSPECTED, LCGB REGISTERED. V5 In my name. |
