Selling on behalf of my dad, he can no longer ride it and doesn’t want his pride and joy to go to waste. Hasn’t been ridden properly in over a year but I’ve ridden it round the block when the sun is shining and it’s been regularly started/maintained
BSA SS80. Manufactured ‘62, sold/registered ‘63 (B reg). V5C is in his name and it is registered Historic, so no (monetary) road tax or MOT required.
Initially bought as a barn find 4 years ago, sympathetically brought back to life by dad within the first 6 months. Golf ball shaped dent on fuel tank shown in pics. Non original handlebars so it was easier for the old man to ride but will come with the original.
He doesn’t really want to give it away so he’s looking for £2500 ono. Collection in SE9, London.
