Here is a really great opportunity to buy a nice first year Panhead! These early Panheads are only going up in value, and of course a 1948 is the most desirable! This is essentially a Knucklehead bike with a Panhead engine in it.

This machine sports an older good quality restoration. The paint has some flaws and chips, but overall it is quite nice. Please see pictures for details of the exact condition.

It appears the bike was restored with a number of original parts and pieces, although I am not a Panhead expert so please use the pictures to judge what is and isn’t “correct”.

The engine kicks over fine, but does not currently run. The tanks are empty and were probably drained a long time ago.

I believe this bike could be a great rider with very little work. It looks sharp and has a ton of potential. Most of the work is done – it just needs some TLC to get it going!
